Ministry of Peace, discussed with United Nations Resident and Humanitarian Coordinator in Ethiopia on the issue of cooperation in peace building 

August 20, 2024 (Ministry of Peace); Hon. Keiredin Tezera (Dr.) the State Minister of Ministry of Peace discussed with Dr. Ramiz Alakbarov, United Nations Resident and Humanitarian Coordinator in Ethiopia on the issues of collaborative supports in peace building works.  

Hon. Keiredin Tezera (Dr.) explained about works being done to build lasting peace in Ethiopia; and stated as it has national, continental and global nature; positive peace building work requires the coordination and collaboration of governmental, non-governmental organizations and international communities.    

Dr. Ramiz Alakbarov, United Nations Resident and Humanitarian Coordinator in Ethiopia appreciated the ongoing peace building works like cross-border youth voluntary service and community dialogue; and promised to support by coordinating international institutions.
